We meld ancient tradition and craft with modern science to provide honey, beeswax, and bee-pollen from sustainably managed apiaries. All products are raw, unfiltered and produced by organically raised bees.
Each season honey bees collect tens of pounds of honey, and they will need much of it to get through our cold wet winters. Whatever is in excess we harvest.
