Linden Leaf & Flower Elixir 1oz
Oh sweet Linden how I love and adore you!! This elixir is made from a glorious Linden tree on the island (also known as Lime Tree in the British Isles). I gathered and made this elixir just days before giving birth to my darling child in August, when the flowers were in peak full bloom. The smell is something to behold.
Our Linden elixir, made from the flowers and leaf of the linden tree, is a soothing and aromatic brew cherished for its calming and mood-lifting properties. Traditionally used to relieve stress, encourage relaxation, and support respiratory wellness, linden is perfect for unwinding or for gentle, natural support during seasonal discomfort.
I’ve also used Linden personally to help integrate difficult or traumatic experiences. I find Linden supports a healthy of regulation of the nervous system while it works to integrate difficult situations. It’s a personal favorite for me and an elixir I am rarely far from.
