There are lots of forms of “drinking vinegars”, but our favorite is the oxymel: herbs infused in raw vinegar and raw honey. We continue to make our Bonfire cider with seasonal ingredients and appropriate medicinal actions. Each batch is unique and offers a different taste of the seasons.
This current WINTER batch is infused with wild nettle and echinacea gathered lovingly here on the island. Take a very dropperfuls daily straight up, in water or sprinkled on salad. A delicious sweet and tangy way to get your immune booster!
